All candidate are required to understand the mentioned terms and conditions in order to register and participate in Femina Award Eve India 2024.
1. The candidate should be Indian by birth and must have a valid ID proof to apply for the contest.
2. Only 1 application (self-nomination) from each Category.
3. Only 1 nomination for each sector group in each category by the participant.
4. All nominees for details must be true and certified in case we cross check and the information are false nomination will be cancelled.
5. Certificate of Participation will be provided at INR 999 (both hard and soft copies).
6. After nomination, PR charges will be applicable, if the nominee want to receives the award.
7. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID BEFORE JUDGING COMMENCES, OTHERWISE THE MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRY. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED AN OFFICIAL INVOICE, AND PAYMENT IS MADE.
MIENE GROUP Accreditation
MIENE GROUP Accreditation payments are non-refundable.
Non Attendance
• If a registered attendee fails to attend an event for which they had registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another MIENE GROUP.
Cancellation & Refund
• Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to MIENE GROUP secretariat by the original registrant at least two weeks before the event. No substitution is allowed within the last two weeks before the event.
• All participants acknowledge that changes in itinerary, location, content, host or other arrangements may happen with little or no notice before the event date, in response to reasons including but not limited to: weather events, security events, closed borders, public health scares, host or team sickness or injury. MIENE GROUP reserves the right to do so at any time, although we will make every attempt to make decisions jointly with the participants.
• It may be necessary to cancel an event for reasons beyond our reasonable control. If MIENE GROUP is required to cancel an event (other than expeditions), we will offer you the choice : (A) credit for a future event of your subject to availability.
• In such cases, our liability is limited to non-refunding the fees according to the policy above for the affected event. Beyond that, we shall not be liable for any costs or loss resulting from changes or cancellation as a result of an event outside our reasonable control.
• We reserve the right to no return the payment and refuse acceptance of the booking at any time, for any reason, at no penalty to us.
• If you are cancelling your registration to attend another event or not able to join and are applying for a refund, there will no refund.
• MIENE GROUP reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. There will no refund to a participant.
EVOLVE
• A strict cancellation policy applies to attend Evolve.
• Please note that if you registered at the Ultra Early this is non-refundable, however a substitute will be accepted.
